I just bought a house(It's 6 yrs old.) and it has a basement apartment in it. When the tenants downstairs turn on the water (to bathroom shower or sink or kitchen sink, not sure) it sounds like they just turned on some huge power tool, the noise is extemely loud! What is possibly the problem?
