Assuming the seats are in tight, if the stem was not in the fully opened position when it was reinstalled, you may have cracked the seat reatainer web. In that case you will have to replace the faucet.
: I have replace the washers the stem and the seat on my Price Pfister bathtub faucet and it still leaks from the spout. What else can be wrong?
