Terry I have finished cementing all basement plumbing. Everything went great except my shower drain is not completely vertical and 18" on center for my shower. It is off 3/8" to 1/2" to center. To fix this problem I was thinking of cutting the pvc 8" below the cement floor and putting in a rubber coupling that is flexable enough to move 3/8 to 1/2". By the way there is 5 sq inch opening in the cement floor so I can cut the pvc out. Is this an option or do I have to dig up the cement and replace the p-trap and pvc.
