low water pressure

I live in Korea, and the plubing here is a little different, to say the least. The cold water come in one pipe, while the hot water is fed to a storage tank on the roof. This is then gravity fed down through a gas boiler, where it then gets distributed throughout my home. I'm having a problem with low water pressure, and was wondering if there is a pump available that would help me, or if anyone has any other solutions. I would really appreciate your help!
