Closing down adjacent shop plumbing on same well as main house

How do I shut down the water system in my shop(one bathroom and kitchen) for the winter. The propane heating bill is just too much to pay for a space I really don't use water in. The heat is used only to keep the plumbing from freezing. The shop and my house share a common well. Besides draining the water lines, water heater, and putting anti-freezer in the toilet and sink traps--what else do I need to do to prevent my pipes from bursting and creating chaos? Thanks.
