As Terry said use RootX however now you will have dead roots in your line. You should now use Lenzyme an organic waste digestant. This will consume the dead oragnics that were left in your pipes. Monthly treatments from this point forward would help. Your plumbing professionals should have this with them. If not just type in the name "Lenzyme" on a search engine.
