Help! Repaired my leaking one-handle kitchen faucet (Peerless) by replacing o rings, etc. Put it all back together, turned it on about half way, then turned the water back on under the sink. Faucet does not leak any more and I have great water pressure; however, when I put the handle in the "off" position, water continues to come out the spout. The pressure is less but it is a steady stream. I have taken the faucet apart 3-4 times to make sure all is correct and it is, I followed the repair kit instructions to the "t". Why won't my water turn off? I'm sure this must be something so simple,,,I just can't see it. Thanks!
