For compact toilets, I prefer the Toto Ultimate or Ultramax in round. 26.5" long puts it out from the wall about 27".
I would put the lav and toilet opposed on the long demension and offset the toilet to one wall, and the lav on the other. If you can move a wall 16" you could add a counter and custom poured marble top with molded bowl. It would be real nice to have 64" plus inches instead of 51" Terry
