I am in a 35-year-old house with gas water heater of unknown age. (I've been here more than 20 years). The hot water pressure has started to slow drastically. Cold water pressure okay. Copper pipes from water heater. Water temp okay. What causes hot water pressure to be very low? Can I fix it or does tank need replacing?
