Low pressure regulating valves

Hi,
I am trying to find a supplier of pressure regulating valves. I need a cheap regulator to sell with the systems I build for battery watering. The requirements are as follows:

Medium is water, at normal domestic pressure +/- 40 psi
Outlet pressure is 3 psi max.
Flow rate of about 2 litres per minute (1/2 gallon)
