My message should have said the flange is tipped to one side a bit. It is not level horizontally. The plumber built it up with 2 additional flange pieces but the whole thing is still tipped. The plumber said it doesn't matter. He is going to use 2 wax rings to fix the leak. I want to know if it is OK for a flange to be "tipped" thanks |
