Sounds to me like you just want to know how to install a shower pan (liner) for a ceramic tile shower floor. It's a plumbing thing really, but tile setters are up on it too.

PVC (vinyl) pan material is the way to go. It's sandwiched into a flanged drain assembly, sometimes called and FHA drain. The tile floor installation is a bit complex. Not something for a message board.
