I was wondering when I do my pipes for a bathroom in the basement should I keep the pipes behind the vapor barrier or in front of it. I am also putting up drywall. I have 4 inches of rigid styrofoam against the concrete foundation. We have very cold winters in Winnipeg and I'm worried that they will freeze behind the vapor barrier. |
