We are putting in a 34x60 single threshold Swanstone showerbase and tiling the walls. My husband would like to have a 30" or so swinging door (on the 60" side), rather than a double door. This will entail putting a wall on either side of the threshold edge to fully enclose the base (with room for the door of course). I am concerned about potential leakage, and in general, just if it is a good idea to even stray from the original intent on how the product should be installed. Sage advice appreciated. |
