Just moved in to our first house. Durning inspection the inspector checked water presure upstairs and down and all looked good except the hot water in the kitchen sink. We have galvanized piping, the inspector said we probably just need to check at the hot water source below the sink for debris build up. I haven't checked yet, but was wondering if this makes sense.
