I have a cast iron flange which is leaded into the 4" cast iron wastepipe. The flange is not screwed or bolted to the floor and never was. I am rebulding the floor and should I screw it to the floor or just bolt the toliet onto the flange (flange is level to 1/2" above floor)? |
