Thank you DMAC for your response. To answer your questions; It has a weak flush The old toilet was a 1978 Mansfield. The spec sheet on the new Eljer said it had a 10" x 9-1/2" water surface. After getting it hooked up, it has half of that. The water doesn't even cover the waste.
