Garbage disposal problem

Hopefully this is a simple fix and someone can help me

My garbage disposal doesnt want to work. After reseting it and turning it on it makes a humming noise but the flywheels are not turning
When i try to move them by hand I can do so. Is it shot or is there a fix for this???
