Studies over the past few years have found that the amount of pitch is immaterial as long as it is more than the minimum. After all, a vertical pipe has infinite pitch and they do not have problems. : Don't know if you received my other message.... : Well I have just put in a sewer line into and existing tank, And we put a 1/2 inch pitch on the 3" PVC, I read that it should be 1/4 inch pitch.. Will 1/2 inch be ok?? And is it better for it to flow faster or slower into the tank...? : Thank you, : Rick
