If you do not have an attachment flange on the pipe then the correct way is to break the concrete around the pipe and attach a flange to the pipe. If you have a flange but it has rusted away, then you can either remove it and install a new one, or get a two piece flange that will fit around your plastic pipe. : When we took the old toilet out, the screws came out, we are installing a new toilet and need to know how to put new screw in? thank you!!
