The new screws should slide into the flange hole at the circular portion of the flance(Like a keyhole) then slide around to the sides, first impression is that you have some funny kind of set up as this is usually a no brainer.... : When we took the old toilet out, the screws came out, we are installing a new toilet and need to know how to put new screw in? thank you!!
