Unless you have a instantaneous water heater, the temperatures should be independent of the water temperature, since the hot and cold pressures will both be lowered equally. If you do have one, then the lowered pressure will let the water flow through the tank at a slower rate and the temperature will rise, and it may be getting into the steam range and that will cause the singing you hear. This would indicate a problem with the temperature controller.
: have a well, and the pressure switch operates in the 25 to 45 range...as the pressure drops the shower hot water gets too hot and the pipes begin to sing....how do I set the pressure switch...
