shower runs when tub fills

We just remodeled our bathroom, and replaced the shower valve with a Moen "Posi-Temp" valve.
When we fill the tub from the spout, water trickles from the shower head (ShowerMassage hand-held
type.) It seems to get worse as you increase the water temperature at the valve, but the water leaking
from the shower stays at the correct temperature.
Help!!
