The Ultimate series, because of the added height, performs better. Many hotels are using the Toto Ultimate lines as their standard spec. The powerful siphon jet flushing action, works well with either the round or elongated bowls. The elongated would be my preference.
The Supreme series performs very well, just not quite as well as the Ultimate. I wouldn't expect any problems with the Supreme.
