We are buying a new home and frequently go out to the site to see the progress. We noticed that on the bottom florr, the post tension slab is poured over the spot where the toilet is supposed to go. Every other plan like ours has a stub where the toilet fits, except ours and 1 other. We wlaked into the other and noticed that the contractors had cored the slab to put in the plumbing for the toilet. Ours is still covered up (not cored). Is this legal to core? On the garage foundation there is a stamp that says "Post tension slab, do not cut or core". Do you have any advice for me.
