The front bolts were normally only on the old front discharge wash down bowls or 10" ruff reverse trap ones. In any case, they were usually ignored and were treated as decorations. You will not have any problems as long as the back ones are 12" from the wall, or you buy a toilet that has the same measurement as your boit location.
: I am going to replace my toilet but, I noticed that the existing toilet has 4 closet bolts. The new toilet only has space for 2 closet bolts. Am I going to have to repace the closet flange in order for the new toilet to fit? If not, are there any other problems I will run into because of the two extra bolts?
