: My hot water pressure is noticably weaker than my cold water pressure. Does this implicate my water heater? I sometimes the water heater of a quart to get rid of mineral collections. Does this have something to do with it?

That is pretty common. There is a restriction of the water heater itself. Sometimes more distance is involved. On galvanized pipes, the hot will "close-in" sooner. Water heaters are death on steel pipes. Terry
