|In response to Re: Plumbing Vents|
At this stage, you can either install the vent flashings if it is a shingle roof, Or pieces of pipe through the room if it is tile or foam. Afterwards you can run the pipes to the stubs and connect to them. You either need at least one pipe the size of the main sewer, or all the pipes' areas have to equal the main sewer pipe's area, depending on the code requirements of your jurisdiction.
: Im in the process of remodeling my home, the roofer starts in a week to avoid the rainy season. My plumbing is not in at this time. Can I run my vertical vents up throught the roof before plumbing takes place and connect at a later date?? And is there a calculation for the amount of rise I need for these vents?
