If there is nothing in it, run water into the drain opening in the floor. If the water comes up there, then you have a sewer plug problem. : every time i flush my toilet the water run almost to the top and thing slowly goes down. i took the toilet apart and made sure that nothing was stuck, bought everything needed to put back together, but it still the same way, what next?
