wall mounted toilets

I am interested in installing a wall mounted toilet with the tank and flushing mechanism in the wall (between the 2x6 studs). I have found the products but I know nothing about the reliability and performance of these toilets. I would like to hear from the professionals how these toilets work. I really need the extra few inches these toilets give. I also want to have a floor drain for the whole bathroom so that I don't have to worry about the overflows and to be able to give a dog a bath!
