Pressure and supply are fine until you-- (example) You are taking a shower(supply & pressure fine) a toilet is flushed -- pressure/supply drop in shower. 2nd example -- kitchen faucet on (pressure/supply fine) open an outside bib -- pressure/supply in kitchen drops. Will increasing 40' of copper pipe (currently 3/4" dia.) with 1 1/4" dia pipe increase my pressure/supply? Will this increase in pipe size to 1 1/4" dia. stop drops in pressure when more then one appliance(i.e. shower/toilet, shower/washing machinge)is in use? The 40' would be from the meter up to my water softner. Sincerely, Jeff M. |
