Is this a general question from Steamboat Springs, CO to all plumbing contractors nationwide? In the Seattle area, the ratio of journeyman plumbers to apprentices is 1 to 1. Plumbing work is permitted in the Seattle area. Gas work is by licensed plumbers and/or gas fitters. (licensed by the State of Washington) I have very happy customers. |
