I am replacing rotten flooring in a bathroom and have removed the toilet. The existing flange appears to be glued to the drain pipe, there is an inner ring that lifted out of the flange. Can I install the new flooing flush to the bottom of the flange and reset the toilet, or will I need to replace the flange, and if so how do I get it loose from the drain pipe. Need some help. This is a 22 yr. old mobile home. Thanks |
