: I like the Americast products. All kitchen porcelain enamel products can and do chip. Cast Iron and Americast are often considered to be of equal value. Like any product, you will have your fans. Americast cleans easily, deadens noise and comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Terry John-
I had an Americast sink installed in our kitchen when we remodeled 2 yrs ago. I hate it. The shape is great but it scratches very easily and is already chipped. It looks 50 yrs old. I've tried Bon Ami, and another expensive product the mfr recommended.
