We have a cottage and are interested in remodeling the bathroom and adding on a laundry room. I have heard about the coil hot water heaters and understand they are very efficient. I have been told they heat instantly and are not holding and maintaining hot water all the time. Is it true that the heat is intantaneous? Could you please recommend a manufacturer and about what price range are they and the pros and cons. Thank you. Mary
