|In response to Re: Commercial 3.5 gallon toilets|
Brian you obviously don't know the law. The 1.6 law applies to all. Residential and commercial.
: This really disgusts me. Why doesnt the 1.6 gpf law apply to commercial institutions such as schools? The reason I ask is because a school here in my town replaced some Case wall hung toilets with new Kohler Wellworth back outlet toilets. The bowls are clearly marked: 3.5 gpf/13.2 lpf. If residents have to use low flush toilets, shouldnt everyone else? By the way, these new toilets were installed in 1995. I'm pretty sure no resident would be allowed to buy one of these toilets if they wanted one. Sorry for complaining, but I feel the law should apply to everyone.
