dishwasher reset?

I have a dishwasher that was running when a power interupt
occurred. The circuit breaker is OK but the dishwasher no longer
will run. Any ideas what the problem is? I need an answer before
9:00am, 8/28. Is there a reset on a dishwasher motor?
Can you recommend a good site on appliance repair?
