: Both hot and cold sides have embarrasingly low : flow rates. Faucet is one of the all-in-one : hose/spigot jobs, Moen I think. Is there anything : in them that might result in a low flow (and : pressure)? Exterior silcock fed from same cold : water line has reasonable flow and pressure. : Thanks
