Shower leaks sometimes only AFTER shower is turned off. Tub does not leak. It has leaked some onto basement shelves below & recently has made water spots on wall that is almost even with floor of bathroom. 3 plumbers have said it was tile leak. Everything caulked 3 times in 10 months. Caulking keeps pulling away from wall under tub faucet & one plumber commented old caulk was very wet. Tub is whirlpool bath. Does not leak. Any ideas, please?
