I'm trying to replace my kitchen faucet but I can't get it unscrewed because the metal around the fastener blocks both sides of the fastener holding it down. I'm sure it's simple, but I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Have anyone seen a faucet mounting that looks like this before? I am trying to remove a leaking faucet, having a hard time removing it. Faucet also lacking any model number or manufacturer.

The Costco pull-out 906242 faucet and pictures in case you need to remove one. This one was about a year old and leaking. Held onto the base by an Allen screw. Almost there. One more Allen wrench to remove the top mount. This removes from the top. The Top Mount Base
