    Toto Neorest 550 - Sensor Issues

    I just had 2 Neorest 550's installed. One is working perfectly, but the sensors (a and b) on the second toilet do not seem to be functioning properly. The seat always stays up...even when someone has left the room and with Auto Open/Close Feature set to On. Also, the wand always comes out...
