Dont you love customer service reps?

I called Jacuzzi and asked why the weights of two same size air bath tubs, (a Duetta GA10 and a Riva FX60 ) were so different on the spec sheets 160 pounds vs 107 pounds) .
the answer was the heavier one had a 800 watt heater not a 600 watt heater .

So........was the rep correct? Do the different heaters have different blower motors?

dont know yet- hard to believe there is another 50 pounds extra weight in a slightly bigger motor
