Default Claw Foot Cast Iron Tub removal

We are planning to tile our bathroom floor to replace the existing and old vinyl. We will need to lift the tub out of the room, and should have plenty of clearance to do so. Does anyone have advice on how many people and what step to take to achieve a clean and safe removal (and eventual replacement)?

It's probably in the 300-400 pound range, so depends on how strong the people are. If someone slips and it falls on them, they'll likely get hurt.
