Fiberglass tub/shower concern

Have a 25 to 30 year old fiberglass tub/shower in one of my apartments that has a hand hold bar which has come loose. I don't care if I put the bar back in or not but I would like to plug the holes. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
