Install Jacuzzi on Cement Surface

Hi.

I have acquired a jacuzzi from a previous user via the internet, and am going to attempt to install it soon. We are to pick it up this weekend.

1) Do I need to put anything down on the cement before placing the spa on it?

2) Will there be any need for plumbing/piping installation there? Or will it be something that we fill and attach to an electrical source? What should I prepare for?
