Washing Machine Rough-In.

The outlet in the Oakley Washing Machine box and the inlet to my P-Trap do not quite line up, and are off by about 5". Is it allowable to put a jog in the downtube using two 45 degree fittings so that they line up? Or does it have to be straight.

You can offset it, but do it as close to the trap as possible.
