Repairing Large Hole In Adobe

What's the best way to fix a large hole in an adobe wall that will also be able to support an electrical box. Please see other thread for details:

stucco mix with the fiberglass fibers???
Don't know - but that is the best idea I have at the moment...

If I didn't have the electrical to worry about, I'd just fill the hole with rocks and dirt, attach the stucco wire (somehow), and stucco the outside. The electrical is the problem. I have to see if I can trace it back to a breaker box and disconnect it.
