Assuming a Cimarron is a toilet ...
Is the water too high in the tank and going into the overflow tube, or is the flapper/flush valve leaking?

On any toilet, including your Kohler Cimarron, if you hear water seeping continuosly, it is the fill valve. If it is periodic, it is probabaly a leaky flapper
