crack in shower surround

I have a 3 month old shower surround. While I was cleaning it I used my index finger to rub off some soap - the result - a 4" long crack! Can this be repaired and if so how?

It sounds like you had a bad install or defective material.

Sure, you can caulk the crack with silicone. But I'd call the manufacturer and/or installer to see what kind of warranty you have.
