hello, just found this site searching for my problem
I noticed my water pressure dropped last few days, i have a submersible pump, went under crawlspace and noticed the pressure switch does not cycle on and off anymore like it use to.The guage is reading about 25lbs all the time now. I shutoff the valve after the bladder tank and the pressure stayed the same, went outside and it sounded like pump was still running , came back inside shut off the main breaker for pump went back outside and after a min the pump stopped running, not sure what size or make of pump only lived here 2 yrs, however i believe it is origional which is about 15 yrs old
does this mean the pump is shot or a leak somewere?
